Companies House have announced upcoming changes to fee structure in 2026 that may affect you - including filing fees for confirmation statements, incorporations, name changes and more. What’s changing?
From 1 February 2026, some fees charged by Companies House will changing, for example:
The digital filing fee for a company incorporation will update from £50 to £100.
The digital filing fee for a confirmation statement will update from £34 to £50.
The digital filing fee for voluntary strike‑off will update from £33 to £13.
